    • How many competitions can I run?

      Unlimited. As your software partner in your business it's within our DNA to give you all the tools, information and ability to make your business a success, our business depends on it.

    • Can i add plugins?

      There are no options to alter or add code to the website.

    • Can I pay for a feature?

      We hope that we already give you everything you will need but we cant please everyone - a paid feature added to the platform will be possible but only if we feel it meets the company standards and ethos.

    • Where does the money I make go?

      We have approved payment providers you can create your own account with. This means we at Rafflex.io have zero access to your money. Your order turnover will usually be deposited by the gateway the next working day.

    • Is Apple & Google Pay Included?

      This is important to us and if the provider has this feature we will do our best to implement it.

    • Do I pay hosting costs?

      With our pricing structure all your traditional costs are included! Such as scaling servers, transactional email and SSL certificates. You just need to bring the domain name.

    • Is there a free trial?

      We don't have a free trial but if you are unhappy with the service within the first month then we will honor a full refund no questions (bar how can we improve) asked.

    • Security features?

      Our closed source platform means that no-one will know whats going on under the hood. This is our biggest security advantage to the traditional WordPress competition websites using off the shelf plugins and code readability available to hackers to read and create ways to cause havoc.

    • Can I export my data?

      Product, Order and user information can be requested and is subject to cost.

    • Can I host the website myself?

      Bring your domain to us and we handle the rest. Rafflex software is a closed source platform and is not available for self-hosting.
