Customers who exceed configurable activity thresholds (orders or spending per day, week, or month) now receive an email and are shown a reality check page before they can continue playing. From this page, they can acknowledge the notice, set spending limits, take a timeout, or log out. Dropped basket emails are also automatically suppressed for customers with a recent intervention.

Site operators can now manage behaviour interventions from a dedicated admin panel. View all triggered interventions with stats, filter by threshold type or acknowledgement status, export intervention data to CSV and receive optional admin email notifications when interventions are triggered. All thresholds, email content, and reality check page content are fully customisable from the Standards settings.

Site operators can now require customers to provide their date of birth during registration, ensuring only users aged 18 or over can create an account. Existing customers without a date of birth on file can also be prompted to add one before completing a purchase, with a reminder banner displayed across the site.

Customers can now permanently delete their own account from the account settings page when enabled by the site operator. Deleted accounts have a 30-day cooldown before the same email address can be used to re-register, and all personal data, documents, and wallet balances are securely removed.

A brand new Gems instant win game is now available. Players reveal tiles on a board to uncover hidden gems while avoiding bombs. Site operators can configure the number of bombs, upload custom sound effects for gem reveals, bomb hits, and wins, as well as set a custom background image.

Onboarding and welcome-back emails have been updated to improve deliverability and reduce the chance of being flagged as spam by email providers.

A new dedicated page for creating instant wins with live budget tracking, drag-and-drop reordering, and bulk creation. Site operators can now see remaining budget, available tickets, and existing payouts at a glance while adding new instant wins.

The instant wins table now displays prize images, ticket counts, won counts, site credit payouts, and winlink details. The edit page shows live statistics and the layout is fully responsive on mobile devices.

Improved how unsubscribe requests are handled through Klaviyo, ensuring a smoother opt-out experience for users who no longer wish to receive marketing emails.
