The Product Performance report now includes cash and credit revenue, draw cost, instant win cost, total cost and profit or loss, matching the figures on the Profit and Loss tab. The Instant Winners export gains a Prize Cost column.

Customers joining a Club now tick a required box agreeing to the Club terms, which states the recurring amount and how often it's charged. Each acceptance is recorded against the membership. If you haven't set a Club terms link, a Club terms page is created from your Club's terms content, or your site terms are used.

Meta now only receives a Purchase event when real money is taken, valued at the cash paid. Free entries and orders paid fully with site credit are sent as separate FreeEntry and CreditSpend events instead. You may see reported purchases drop: revenue was previously overstated, not lost. To optimise campaigns for the new events, create a custom conversion for them in Events Manager.

You can now record what each competition and each instant win prize costs you, and Analytics and the competition stats show your profit and loss from real ticket sales. Site credit is always shown separately and never counted as cash profit. Draw Cost is required on new competitions; existing ones stay unset until you fill it in.

On a phone, each withdrawal is now one card with the name on the account, sort code and account number as large tap to copy boxes, and Mark as paid kept well away from the menu. On every screen size, Check ID is now a button that opens the photo in a popup, so you stay in the queue.

The Withdrawals list now shows the customer's full name on one line with a copy button, so you can paste it straight into your bank's payee field.

The Users list now shows each account's details, activity and wallet at a glance, under All, New, Buyers and Locked cards whose counts follow your search and filters. You can lock an account straight from the list. The users export now leaves out internal accounts and is unavailable to admins restricted from financials.

The Withdrawals list now opens on To pay, with tabs for Sending, Needs attention, Paid and Rejected, and each row says where it stands in plain words with one clear next step. Mark as paid now confirms the amount, wallet and bank account, you can mark several withdrawals paid at once, and Export to pay downloads the queue for paying by bank transfer. A strip of today's figures sits above the list, and the menu badge only counts withdrawals that need you.

The Orders list now opens on cards for Today, This week, Pending, Failed, Refunded and All, with Today and This week showing your takings. Each row shows the basket, customer, source, amount paid and status at a glance, and order totals are hidden from admins restricted from financials.

You can now set a referrer's own affiliate reward on their account, for example to pay an influencer more than ordinary referrers. Leave it blank to use your site default, or set it to zero to pay nothing. Every change is logged with the admin who made it.

Fixed an issue where the Check Instant Wins popup could tell a winning customer they had won nothing if the competition's instant wins had been added only minutes before their order.

When a winlink is paid as site credit (because the competition has ended, sold out, or the customer is at their ticket limit), the customer's order page now explains why instead of failing to load.

A player who deletes their account now gives up their leaderboard place, and everyone below them moves up one. This also fixes daily and weekly leaderboards that had stopped finalising and paying out; they caught up automatically with no action needed.

The Competitions list now opens on tabs for Live, Scheduled, Draft, To draw, Ended, Archived and All, each with a live count. To draw lists competitions that have ended or sold out with no winner yet, and its count turns amber when there's work waiting. Your last tab is remembered on any device.

Club members whose final renewal retry fails are no longer charged again; their membership now ends. Members who cancel after their paid period has finished can rejoin straight away. Members with an expired card are now emailed and can rejoin with their tenure kept, and admins can see each member's card check result.

The Competitions list now shows each competition at a glance: picture, price and stage, a sales progress bar against the ticket cap, when it ends or draws, and turnover on click. Each row's menu offers quick actions to view on site, manage instant wins, activate or deactivate, and put on or remove a sale. The list is also much faster on large sites.

You can now download a Prize Fulfilment export for a single competition, listing every manually paid instant win prize with the winners' delivery details. It's ready to send straight to your supplier.

When previewing a competition's instant win game, you can now choose how many sample tickets it plays with, anywhere from 1 to 1,000, so you can see how the game looks for small and large orders before it goes live.

The Withdrawals page and withdrawal details now show the name entered on the bank account rather than the player's registered name, making it easier to check a payout is going to the right account.

If your site has its own iPhone or Android app, links to your site can now open straight in the app. App link files saved in Root Files are now served from your domain's standard /.well-known/ address. iPhones can take up to a day to pick up the change.

You can now offer Coin Flip, a new instant win game where players toss their tickets as 3D coins in a Cocktail Bar, Casino or Neon Lounge room, with an animated host who reacts to wins and streaks. Coins are painted in your site's colours, and you can engrave your site name on the table, upload your own coin faces and sounds, and try it all out in the game preview before you save.

You can now preview a competition's instant win game before saving it. A new Preview Game button on the competition form opens a live, playable copy with your own artwork, sounds and colours, played with sample tickets so nothing is entered. Saving from the preview updates the competition's game type and settings.

The Unpaid Instant Wins dashboard widget and the Instant Winners page now load far faster on busy sites, where they could previously take several seconds. The widget no longer refreshes itself every few seconds, so reload the dashboard to see the latest unpaid wins.

Your n8n webhook settings now live on the Advanced settings page under Legacy webhooks. Your existing webhook URL, secret and toggles carry over unchanged and keep sending as before.
