Affiliate & Referral Programme
Site operators can now run a full affiliate and referral programme. Affiliates get a unique referral link, earn rewards when referred players place qualifying orders, and can track their performance from a dedicated account page. Operators manage affiliates and approvals from the admin panel, with automated reward notifications and CSV reporting.

Facebook Meta Commerce Manager Product Catalogue

Flexible Responsible Gambling Spend Limits
Site operators now have more control over responsible gambling spend limit settings. A configurable cooldown period can be set before a player can increase their limit, and a 'none' frequency option is available to remove limits entirely when appropriate.

Improved Admin Reporting & Exports
Admins can now download customer withdrawal summary reports and export instant winners to CSV with date range and paid status filters. The product performance report also includes a new Total Orders column for a clearer overview of sales activity.

Total Orders Added to Product Performance Report
The product performance report export now includes a Total Orders column, showing how many unique orders were placed for each competition. Only completed orders are counted, giving site operators a clearer picture of purchase activity alongside revenue and ticket figures.

Customisable Marked as Paid Email
Site operators can now write custom content for the email sent to customers when their instant win prize is marked as paid. The email body can be edited using the rich text editor in your site settings. If left blank, the default template is used automatically.

Customer Withdrawal Reports
Two new reports are now available in the Downloads section: a detailed export of individual customer withdrawal requests, filterable by date and payment status, and a per-customer summary showing total amounts withdrawn, paid and unpaid breakdowns, average withdrawal value, and banking details. Both exports are generated as CSV files and queued in the background.

Collapsible Ticket List for Large Orders
On the order confirmation page, orders containing more than 60 tickets now display inside a collapsible panel. Customers can tap to expand and view all their ticket numbers, keeping the page clean and easy to navigate for large purchases.

Configurable Spend Limit Cooldown Period
Site operators can now configure how long customers must wait before increasing their spending limit or changing their limit frequency. The cooldown period defaults to 24 hours and can be adjusted in your site settings under the Profile section (minimum 24 hours).

Instant Win Paid Status No Longer Modifies Record Timestamps
Marking instant win prizes as paid or unpaid in bulk no longer incorrectly updates the record's last modified timestamp. Your records now accurately reflect when each prize was originally created, making reporting and auditing more reliable.

Competition Activity Audit Log
Admins can now view a detailed activity log for each competition, recording key actions such as winners being added, free entries granted, auto draws completed, and instant wins created. Each log entry includes the time, action taken, and relevant details, giving site operators a clear audit trail for every competition.

Site operators can now export instant winner data as a CSV from the Downloads section. The export includes customer details, prize information, banking/payout data, and payment status. Filters for date range and paid or unpaid status make it easy to generate targeted reports.

Custom Scratch Card Overlay Image
Site operators running scratch card competitions can now upload a custom overlay image directly from the competition settings. The image covers the scratch area and adds a personalised look to the game. A default overlay is used if no image is uploaded.

Email Notification for Wallet Credit Changes
When adjusting a customer's site credit balance, admins now have the option to send an automatic email notification to the customer. The email includes the amount added or removed, a description of the change, and the customer's updated balance.

HEIC Photo ID Uploads for Payout Requests
Customers submitting payout requests can now upload HEIC and HEIF photo ID files, which are the default image formats on modern iPhones. Previously only JPG and PNG were accepted, meaning iPhone users had to manually convert their photos before uploading.
